NASA has created a 360 degree video showing how life is for an astronaut training for spacewalks – in case they were lucky enough to ever be sent to the International Space Station.

The clip is recorded at NASA’s Neutral Buoyancy Laboratory (NBL) in Houston, Texas, and shows how it is for the astronauts, both from the outside and in the pool where spacewalks are simulated.

The film is probably best enjoyed with a VR headset but you can of course check it out in your computer and then move around using the mouse.
